Where is my patient data stored?
Your clinic’s database is hosted in Mumbai, India. Payment and messaging keys are stored encrypted.
Do my patients need to install an app?
No. The chat works on WhatsApp and in any phone browser, and patients can add it to their home screen like an app.
My patients speak Hindi or Bengali. Will it work?
Yes. Patients who write in Hindi or Bengali get replies in the same language. It also understands Hinglish typed in English letters, and answers those in English.
Who receives the online payments?
You do. MedClinic connects to your own Razorpay account and the money settles in your bank, not ours.
We only do serial numbers, not time slots. Is that okay?
That’s the default. Each doctor can run on tokens with an expected time, or on fixed time slots if you prefer.
The clinic next door is still writing tokens by hand.
